Welcome to Snug Haven Homeware. Snug Haven Homeware is a trading brand operated by Interim Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Throughout these Terms, “Snug Haven Homeware”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Interim Digital Ltd trading as Snug Haven Homeware.

Snug Haven Homeware operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Snug Haven Homeware is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, colours and product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to the device, display settings and configuration you use.

We cannot guarantee that colours displayed digitally will exactly represent the physical product. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your rights under applicable UK consumer law.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of products we offer where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Snug Haven Homeware reserves the right to accept or decline your order, for example where an item is unavailable, there is an error in the price or description, or we are unable to authorise your payment.

Your order is not accepted until Snug Haven Homeware confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Where an order has already entered processing or dispatch, we may be unable to stop it. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights you may have as a UK consumer.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided when the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

You confirm that purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown when your order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation.

All prices displayed on our UK store are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may occasionally offer promotions that affect pricing and which are governed by additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a particular promotion and these Terms, the promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information where necessary so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided for your purchase and agree to pay the charges associated with your order, including any clearly disclosed delivery charges.

We aim to process and deliver orders within the timescales stated on our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive it on your behalf, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Snug Haven Homeware is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Snug Haven Homeware.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Snug Haven Homeware, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Snug Haven Homeware.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
